To order

The simplest way to place an order is to use our online shop, just click add to basket and follow the onscreen instructions to pay using Paypal. You can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking View basket. Please note that Paypal is a secure e-payment service and you do not have to hold an account with them to use this system. Visa, Mastercard, and Switch/Maestro are all accepted methods of payment via Paypal.

Alternatively you can e-mail or phone us on the number detailed above, if there's nobody at home please do leave a message with your contact details and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. We can still do things the old fashioned way and are quite happy to accept cheques as there is nothing nicer than receiving a hand written letter in the post!

As soon as we have received your order we will either e-mail or call you to confirm it. Once we have received your payment your order will be despatched within 3 - 5 working days. As all of our products are designed and made by hand there may be times when we do not have everything in stock, if this is the case we will let you know as soon as possible and when it is likely to be despatched.

If paying by cheque, please allow an additional 4 working days to clear.

Delivery

There is no additional charge for delivery as P&P is included in the prices shown throughout the site.

We use Royal Mail 1st Class “Signed For” in most cases, therefore a signature will be required upon delivery.

For European and overseas orders there will be an additional delivery charge at cost, therefore please contact us for a price.

Prices

All prices quoted on this website are accurate a the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) the sales tax will be zero. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over the charges and cannot predict them.

Cancellations and Returns

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason, once accepted by us, up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel your order within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Hopefully you will be delighted with your products, but if you are not completely happy with your purchase, please e-mail us within 7 days of receiving your order and return it within 14 days in it’s original condition, and we will gladly exchange it or send you a refund.

Please return items via registered mail so that you have proof of despatch and allow sufficient insurance cover as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged during their return to us. Return postage will only be refunded if an item is faulty.

Colour Representation

Colour representation is as accurate as possible, please allow for some minor variations. As our products are all hand made they may vary slightly in appearance from their photographs.
