In a studio in the garden next to the stream, Lisa Hector designs and hand makes a beautiful range of fashion accessories, practical homeware textiles and quirky gifts.

Inspired by rural life in the Perthshire countryside and her collection of feathered and furry friends, everything from chickens, jam and veggies from the garden feature in her work. Each piece is individually freehand embroidered using the sewing machine, so no two pieces are ever the same.

The Studio was built by her husband Gregg in 2008, where the business at last moved from the spare room to a dedicated space for her to design, create and enjoy tea and cake!
